Don’t blame yourself for every disappointment or
difficulty of any kind!!! It’s not because of you!!! You have to accept that
you are not the center of their world, even if they are to you, the essence of
your existence…
You are not to be blamed if your
son chooses to go to war despite all your tears and fears… while
your other kids went away a long time ago… You’re
not to be blamed if your husband chooses to be seduced by the sexy woman in the
neighborhood, throwing all the love and compassion you’ve been offering all
these years… shattering your heart into pieces…
It’s not your fault if you have a
body that has stretched after having four kids, these models in the media are
starving, they don’t dare to taste your delicious dishes made with love to your
family, believe me they are not happy as they look on TV and magazines…
It’s ok if everything didn’t turn out
the way you’ve wanted it to be. I’m sure you have tried your best, the human
plans are sometimes beyond our real capacities, but you’ve worked hard and
achieved what was possible at the time…
Don’t be sad life is still good, even if the world
turn you down, even if you think you’ve reached the bottom, you have the
strength to rise from the ashes…
Don’t ever undervalue yourself!!! You
are precious and should be cherished, appreciated and well treated with care
and honor while aging wisely with grace…
Don’t contain your feelings, Yes cry loud let go
all the sorrow, but never let the frustration
kill your optimism, just learn to practice hope and you will see the
light at the end of the tunnel again.
